NICK RIZOS grew up in Nafpaktos, Greece with four sisters and one brother. After traveling around the world on Aristotle Onassis’ ships as a crewman, Nick decided to settle in America.
Nick has made quite a name for himself in Dallas being a restaurant and club proprietor for more than 35 years. He is credited with introducing the Gyro Sandwich to Dallas over 30 years ago at his Olympic Pizza location on Greenville Avenue.
The Gyros, along with his late mother’s famous recipes, make up our appealing Greek menu today. Stratos, which Nick named after his father, is the combination of his invaluable knowledge of atmosphere, service, entertainment — and most importantly — delicious, healthy, home-made food.
